ForestLearning InFocus - How Do We Produce Hardwood?
Lesson Overview:
In this video we visit a hardwood plantation operation in Tasmania helping to build our homes with sawn and engineered wood products, and paper. Discover the impact of new technologies (in one case transferred from the confectionary industry!) on the way trees are bred and seedlings are sown in nurseries, planted and grown.
